GBTQ+ Men’s Therapy Group

As gay, bi, trans and queer men, we rarely get to connect with each other in spaces that feel safe, empathic and understanding.

Many of us carry with us a longing for deeper connection, but feel unsure of how to achieve it, or why it can feel so out of reach.

It doesn’t have to be this way.

A therapy group offers a unique opportunity to explore how we relate to ourselves and others.

We find that there can be profound healing when we connect with others in mutual self-exploration. With the help of other gay, bi and queer men we can gain insight and self-understanding in a safely facilitated, supportive, and affirming space.

An extremely special and rare environment.

How might group therapy help me?

  • A chance to explore the wounds that we share as queer men, and the beauty and opportunity that our sexualities offer us.

  • Greater understanding of yourself and your identity.

  • Increased awareness of your relationship patterns.

  • Opportunities to try a different way of relating to others in a safe environment.

  • The chance to receive support and feedback from members of the group,

both to celebrate and gently challenge you.

  • Improved confidence in interpersonal situations.

  • Deep, genuine and supportive connections with the other members of the

group, built on shared vulnerability and care.

We meet in person, on an ongoing weekly basis in central Bristol. Spaces are limited.

Really deepened my ability to trust men and feel comfort.

I wish the whole queer community had access to this.
